We want you to love what you have purchased!
- Don't love it? Simply return it for a FULL refund!! (shipping paid not included or reimbursed.) Please note swimwear must be in NEW CONDITION - Tags & hygiene stickers still intact, No make up or deodorant stains, no marks on the garment whatsoever. This will be thoroughly checked to ensure NEW condition & we have the right to refuse should we deem them not in new condition.
- Exchange can be completed on full price items within 14 days, items must be in Please note swimwear must be in NEW CONDITION - Tags & hygiene stickers still intact, No make up or deodorant stains, no marks on the garment whatsoever. This will be thoroughly checked to ensure NEW condition & we have the right to refuse should we deem them not in new condition.

- We  only accept unworn swimwear and clothing bought from Kokokini in new condition (unworn, unwashed) within 14 days of purchase for exchange return. Items must be returned as a whole unit with all included accessories (including the tags, all paddings and hygiene seal intact).

- If item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty

- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- If you're a member of KOKOKINI Exclusive please email hello@kokokini.com.au to have your return shipping paid for FREE (excludes sale items).

Exchanges 

We want you to love your new swimwear! If your item is not quite right, we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (and MORE!)

WE OFFER REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kokokini, PO BOX 951, Morayfield Qld 4506, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you are a member of Kokokini VIP Exclusive group. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will issue you with a refund, store credit or dispatch your exchanged item/s. The value of the refund or store credit issued will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned item. If the item/s were purchased with a discount code, your refund or store credit will be for the discounted price that you paid for the returned item/s.
If you have chosen to exchange for a new size/item but the new size/item is out of stock when your return parcel is processed, you will be issued a store credit code instead which you can use to purchase a different size/item.
For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.


Please provide a self addressed satchel with tracking number included with your returned product for us to include your exchanged product. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you have not added a tracking number to your return satchel.
