- Don't love it? Simply return it for a FULL refund!!
Refund: Only Full price items are eligible for refund, items must be in NEW CONDITION - Tags & hygiene stickers still intact, No make up or deodorant stains, all pad inserts included, no smells or strong odors, no marks on the garment whatsoever. This will be thoroughly checked to ensure NEW condition & we have the right to refuse should we deem them not in new condition. (Shipping paid not included or reimbursed.) Refunds can be completed within 21 days of purchase.

Exchange: can be completed on full price items within 21 days, Please note items must be in NEW CONDITION - Tags & or hygiene stickers still intact, No make up or deodorant stains, no marks on the garment whatsoever. This will be thoroughly checked to ensure NEW condition & we have the right to refuse should we deem them not in new condition.
Simply email hello@kokokini.com.au to arrange. You'll be required to post back at your expense - please include name, order number & new items required. Our team will endeavor to have your parcel sent back same day or next business day. Kokokini will cover cost of standard shipping back to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale Items: Please note all Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange unless specified otherwise. Please contact the team at hello@kokokini.com.au. In some instances we are happy to exchange for size only depending on stock however will not accept sale items exchanged for credit notes or other product.
- We only accept unworn swimwear and clothing bought from Kokokini in new condition (unworn, unwashed) within 21 days of purchase for exchange return. Items must be returned as a whole unit with all included accessories (including the tags, all padding and hygiene seal intact).

- FREE GIFTS with purchase- if you qualified for one of our free gifts through purchase this must be returned if you are sending back products for refund. Free gifts are given as a thank you for spending over a certain threshold. If you're to return your items for a refund please check if you now fall under that amount. If so we would require free products to sent back or we can deduct the retail price of the goods from your refund.
Additional Information
Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will issue you with a refund, store credit or dispatch your exchanged item/s. The value of the refund or store credit issued will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned item. If the item/s were purchased with a discount code, your refund or store credit will be for the discounted price that you paid for the returned item/s.

If you have chosen to exchange for a new size/item but the new size/item is out of stock when your return parcel is processed, you will be issued a store credit code instead which you can use to purchase a different size/item.

For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
